- “Device” means the GPS hardware installed in vehicles and linked to the TraceX360 system.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.
3. Services Provided
TraceX360 provides:
- GPS tracking through a mobile and web platform.
- Reporting tools (distance, stoppage, idle time, speed, etc.).
- Remote vehicle control features (immobilizer, geo-fencing, alerts).
- Optional fleet safety add-ons like dash cams, DVRs, and 360° camera modules.
Services may vary based on subscription package and hardware compatibility.
4. User Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate installation and maintenance of the GPS device.
- Keep login credentials confidential and secure.
- Use the platform responsibly and only for lawful tracking purposes.
- Do not tamper with the hardware or attempt unauthorized repairs.
5. Hardware & Warranty
- GPS devices come with a 12-month one-to-one replacement warranty for manufacturer defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized installations, or physical/electrical tampering.
- Accessories like cameras, DVRs, and sensors are subject to individual warranty terms.
6. Software Access & License
- The TraceX360 app and web portal are licensed, not sold.
- Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use the software during the subscription period.
- Reverse-engineering, copying, or distributing the software without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are due monthly, annually, or as agreed at the time of onboarding.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
8. Service Availability
- TraceX360 aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime due to factors like network failures, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions.
- Emergency support is available during business hours or as defined in your service plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
TraceX360 is not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions or device failures.
- Unauthorized access or breaches due to user negligence.
- Legal consequences arising from unlawful tracking or misuse of the platform.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts:
- For violating these Terms & Conditions.
- If we detect misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
- Due to non-payment or breach of contract.
11. Data Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal and tracking data.
12. Changes to Terms
TraceX360 may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of any revisions.
